What are the shipping charges?
The shipping fee may differ depending on the weight of your shipment and delivery address. We will inform you of the shipping fee with your invoice.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We strive to deliver your goods as soon as possible. However, this is not always feasible and we will contact you to let you know.
Normal: About 7-14 business days(Remote and rural areas may take longer. ). We can ship to most countries in the world.
We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. Once you have submitted your order, you will be unable to change the delivery address.

Why is the price of my order changed?
SawborCOD (https://sawborcod.com) publishes product prices for general information only. SawborCOD reserves the right to change product prices, including those already paid for through online payment. without prior notice. The price of the goods shall be agreed upon by both parties on a case-by-case basis.

How do I place an Order?
It’s as easy as ABC! We have a very simplified checkout process just like any other e-commerce website.
Step 1 - Add the product to your cart

Step 3 - Enter your contact and delivery information
Step 4 - Select your payment method and pay.

Why was my order cancelled?
1. The item is out of stock
2. Limits on available quantities
3. Additional information is needed by our Order Inquiry department.
How Do I Track My Order?
Before we ship your order, we assign a Tracking Number to each parcel of the shipment. The Tracking Numbers and the name of the delivery service provider appear on the Shipment Confirmation, which we email to you at the time of shipping. This will allow you to track the shipment yourself on the delivery service provider's website.
Note: The above shipping time are calculated by using calendar days. This is a general guide and delays maybe caused force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, war, public holidays, and factors outside our control.
